This documentary is about the quaint and yet not-so-quiet place close to Ali Mall and the former C. O. D. called Cubao Expo. Here you will hear the varying tales and experiences of various people, what they liked and what they loved and even for some, what they disliked about Cubao X.

People come, people stay, people follow, others leave and still others move on. This is how the crowd behaves at Cubao X. From the point of view of the veteran tenants, they mention that sometimes even those that wish to put up their own place here follow the same flow as the crowd.
