The People's Choice Awards (PCA) is a collaboration between Fully Booked and Pelicola.tv and exposes the same entries of the Philippine Graphic Fiction Awards to the public. The PCA is the contest that determines which among the shortlisted entries in the Short Film, Prose and Graphic Novel categories best showcases masterful creativity and originality in their respective category. In this contest, it is you the viewer who will judge each entry and choose which among the entered creations is truly the People's Choice.
In perspective, the Philippine Graphic Fiction Awards (PGFA) is a celebration of talent and creativity in graphic fiction. The PGFA has always been brought to the Philippines by the collaborative effort of Fully Booked and Neil Gaiman. The PGFA, aside from awarding the best examples of graphic fiction, is also an exhibit of the ever-growing base of creative works and potential talents in the Philippines within the realm of graphic fiction.
