As announced on the Alive at the Womb Radio Show on RJ Underground Radio 105.9 last Wednesday (January 14, 2009), Pelicola.tv goes live today, Monday, January 19, 2009 to start the dawn of Internet TV in the Philippines two weeks of schedule.
The website starts off with three shows: Alive at the Womb, Pelicola Insider, and MusikCinemaNeu. Fully Booked Dialogue will start on Feb 2009, while Rogue|Presents goes live on March 2009.
Alive at the Womb's premiere episode features Wolfgang whereas Pelicola Insider goes behind the production of Alive at the Womb. Moreover, MusikCinemaNeu will hold two music videos that have also been shot in HD, a tenet behind Pelicola.tv's productions. All teaser videos that you have previously viewed will still be retained on the website.
www.pelicola.tv is envisioned to be an intimate, experiential, and immersive online destination. What you see now on the website is but a fraction of what it is meant to be. Over the next few weeks and months that make up the website's beta stage, new functionalities, content, technologies, and overall design improvements will be continually and continuously implemented. For the next update, account generation and login for members (absolutely free!) will be available, which will let you view videos at a higher quality, download, embed, and share select video clips, comment on videos and news articles, join promos and events (watch out for the Alive at the Womb season-ender gig).
